I wasn't able to take any pictures today so I thought I would work on my conversions. I really have a hard time converting to b&w. This picture was taken last January. What do you think of the conversions? HHCC appreciated! :)

I love B&W too - conversions are fun to work on. I think I like the second one the best on this computer.

I think the full color shot of this is gorgeous. What a pretty little gal. As far as the conversions go, I prefer the second. TFS!

I definately prefer the second too. B&W is my comfort zone, so I'm trying to go the other way and get better with color this year! LOL Don't be afraid to try several versions...lighter, darker, more contrast, less contrast, every possible combination of the above. Sometimes I find that I like the "over bright" a little better.

I love the second one as well. Her face looks so much brighter. Great job!

I am not so good with giving advice regarding conversions, but can I say how much I love this shot? Gorgeous. I love the white background. It's so dramatic!

I like pictures 1 & 3. The second one for some reason looks too dark.

I love your color version. Great High Key. I wouldn't be afraid to do curves and a little more contrast on these. But that's what I prefer.
Otherwise I think you did a great job.
